Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 23, 2026This privacy policy applies to Voice Teleprompter PRO and Voice Teleprompter Lite (collectively, "the App"), published by Pudu Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). It is provided in accordance with the Apple App Store privacy requirements.
Data Collection
Apple defines "collect" as transmitting data off the device in a way that allows the developer or third parties to access it. The App does not collect any data by this definition. All data accessed by the App remains on your device and is never transmitted to any server.
Data accessed on-device only
The App accesses the following data, processed and stored entirely on your device:

Per Apple's guidance: "Data that is processed only on device is not 'collected' and does not need to be disclosed." Neither of the above data types leaves your device.

The App does not access any of the following:
- Contact Info (name, email, phone number, address)
- Health & Fitness
- Financial Info
- Location (precise or coarse)
- Sensitive Info
- Contacts
- Browsing History
- Search History
- Identifiers (user ID, device ID)
- Purchases
- Usage Data (product interaction, advertising data)
- Diagnostics (crash data, performance data)
Data Use Purposes
Since no data is collected (transmitted off-device), no data use purposes apply. For transparency:

Data Linked to You
No data is linked to your identity. The App does not use accounts, logins, user IDs, device identifiers, or any other mechanism that could link data to you.
Tracking
The App does not track you. It does not link data from the App with data from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for advertising or measurement purposes, nor does it share data with data brokers. The App does not use the AppTrackingTransparency framework because no tracking occurs.
Third-Party Code and SDKs
The App contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no ad networks, no third-party SDKs of any kind, and no server-side components. It is built entirely with Apple's native iOS frameworks (UIKit, AVFoundation).
Network Connections
The App makes no network connections. It does not communicate with any external server, API, or service and functions entirely offline.
Data Retention and Deletion
Scripts are stored locally on your device until you delete them within the App. Microphone audio is processed in real time and immediately discarded — it is never saved. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted off-device, the App complies with COPPA and equivalent regulations.
Your Rights and Control
All data created by the App stays on your device and is fully under your control. Since we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is no server-side data to request, export, or delete.
Security
All data remains on your device and is never transmitted over a network. Your scripts are protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
