Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026This privacy policy applies to Voice Teleprompter PRO and Voice Teleprompter Lite (collectively, "the App"), published by Pudu Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). It is provided in accordance with the Apple App Store privacy requirements.
Data Collection
Voice Teleprompter Lite does not transmit scripts off your device. Voice Teleprompter PRO includes Automatic iCloud Sync. When that feature is enabled, PRO sends your script content and sync metadata to your private CloudKit database hosted by Apple so your scripts remain available across your Apple devices and after reinstalling the App.
No script content is sent to Pudu Digital servers. We do not use scripts for analytics, advertising, marketing, or tracking.

Microphone audio and the CloudKit account identifier are processed on-device. PRO's synced script content is disclosed in App Store privacy details as Other User Content, linked to the user's iCloud account, used for App Functionality, and not used for tracking.

Data Linked to You
Lite does not link script content to an account. In PRO, Apple links synced script content to your iCloud account inside your private CloudKit database. The App has no separate login, and Pudu Digital does not receive your Apple ID, name, email address, or raw CloudKit account identifier.
Tracking
The App does not track you. It does not link data from the App with data from other companies' apps, websites, or offline properties for advertising or measurement purposes, nor does it share data with data brokers. The App does not use the AppTrackingTransparency framework because no tracking occurs.
Third-Party Code and SDKs
The App contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or ad networks. It includes Microsoft ONNX Runtime, an open-source library used only to run voice-detection processing on your device. ONNX Runtime does not receive, store, or transmit your microphone audio or other personal data. The App has no Pudu Digital server-side components.
Network Connections
Voice scrolling and microphone processing work entirely on-device. PRO connects directly to Apple's CloudKit service for Automatic iCloud Sync. Apple-provided StoreKit interfaces may also connect directly to Apple when you view an App Store page or when iOS decides to show a rating prompt. The App does not communicate with a Pudu Digital server.
Data Retention and Deletion
Scripts remain on your device until you delete them within the App or uninstall it. In PRO, synced copies remain in your private CloudKit database so they can be restored after reinstalling the App. Deleting a script while sync is enabled synchronizes that deletion. You can turn off Automatic iCloud Sync in the App; doing so stops future synchronization but does not automatically erase existing CloudKit copies. You can also manage the App's iCloud data through your Apple account settings.
Microphone audio is processed in real time and immediately discarded. It is never saved.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It contains no advertising or tracking and has no separate account system. PRO's optional cloud storage uses the iCloud account and parental controls managed by Apple.
Your Rights and Control
You can create, edit, export, and delete scripts in the App. PRO users can turn Automatic iCloud Sync on or off and manage the App's iCloud data through Apple account settings. Pudu Digital has no server-side copy of your scripts and no separate account data to request or delete.
Security
Local scripts are protected by your device's security features, including its passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. PRO's synchronized copies are stored in the user's private CloudKit database and protected by Apple's iCloud security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
